You need to provide us with pictures or drawings and your requirements. We will then provide you with a lamp structure drawing based on your requirements/pictures for confirmation.
3.How much is the shipping cost? 

We need to calculate the shipping cost based on the quantity of your lamps. We offer several shipping options including express, air freight, truck, and ocean shipping.
4.Is the transportation safe? 

Yes, it is very safe. Our packaging uses foam and wooden frames for fragile items. When loading, we will place fragile items on the top of the truck.
5.What if the item is damaged during transportation? 

If the item is damaged during transportation, we will send you replacement parts free of charge.
6.How do you ensure the quality of the lamps?

In production, we conduct quality inspections for every process. We have excellent quality inspectors with years of experience to ensure the quality of the goods.
7.How long is the delivery time for customized orders? 

The delivery time depends on the quantity and type of customized lamps. Generally, our delivery time is usually 15-30 days.
8.What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and Western Union remittance. A 30% deposit should be paid before production, and the remaining 70% balance should be paid before shipment.
9.What is your warranty period? 

We provide a 3-year warranty for our products.
10.Do you have CE/VDE/SAA or UL certificates? 

The electrical parts of all our customized products have CE/VDE/SAA or UL certificates.
